How far ahead should we book?
For weddings, six to twelve months is ideal. Smaller events can come together in a few weeks.
Do you work with our venue and vendors?
Yes. We're happy to work with the venue and vendors you've chosen, or recommend ones that fit your style and budget.
What does day-of coordination include?
A detailed run of show, vendor confirmations, setup oversight and an on-site team from first arrival to last departure.
Do you plan events outside New Orleans?
Yes, across the Gulf South. Travel details are included in your proposal.
